Cancellation Policy – Shuttle Experts LAX

We understand that travel plans can change. Below is our cancellation policy to ensure a
smooth experience for all our customers:

Standard Cancellations:
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled pickup: Full refund minus a 4%
cancellation fee (applied to the total fare).
Same-day cancellations or no-shows: No refunds will be issued.

Flight Delays & Adjustments:
If your flight is delayed, we will do our best to accommodate your new arrival time at no extra
cost. However, availability may be limited.
If your flight is canceled, please notify us as soon as possible to adjust or cancel your
reservation accordingly.

Please note: All cancellations, regardless of timing, are subject to a 4% cancellation fee based
on the total fare.
