Terms of Service – Shuttle Experts LAX

Welcome to Shuttle Experts LAX! By using our services, including booking a shuttle, visiting
our website, or engaging with our company in any way, you agree to comply with and be bound
by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before using our services. If
you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

General Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of Shuttle Experts LAX and any related services we
provide, including but not limited to transportation to airports, cruise terminals, and hotels. We
reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and changes will be effective once posted on
our website. It is your responsibility to periodically review these terms for any updates.

Booking and Reservations
To book a shuttle, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your name,
contact information, travel details, and payment information. All reservations are subject to
availability and confirmation. By booking a shuttle, you enter into a contract with Shuttle
Experts LAX to provide transportation services as outlined in your reservation.

Payment
Flat Rates: All shuttle bookings are subject to the rates provided at the time of booking.
There are no hidden fees or additional charges unless specified during booking.
Payment Methods: We accept payments by major credit cards and cash. If you choose to
pay by credit card, the full amount is due at the time of booking. For cash payments, the
full amount is due at the time of service.
Cash Payment Discount: A 15% discount is offered for cash payments. If you choose
this payment method, you will pay the discounted amount at the time of service.
Cancellation Policy:
Standard Cancellations: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your
scheduled pick-up will receive a full refund minus a 4% cancellation fee (applied
to the total fare).
Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows: No refunds will be issued for same-day
cancellations or no-shows.
How to Cancel: To cancel or modify your reservation, please contact us at
info@shuttleexpertslax.com. Please note: All cancellations, regardless of timing, are subject to the 4% cancellation fee based on the total fare. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you!

Transportation
We provide professional door-to-door shuttle services to and from LAX, cruise terminals,
Disneyland, and other locations. While we strive to meet scheduled pick-up and drop-off times,
we cannot guarantee exact timing due to factors beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, or
airport delays. We will make every effort to minimize any delays.
Vehicle Capacity: The number of passengers and luggage allowed will depend on the
vehicle type and capacity. You must inform us of any special requirements (e.g., boxes,
surfboards, skis) at the time of booking.

Customer Responsibilities
Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate booking details,
including pick-up and drop-off locations, flight information, and any other necessary
details. Failure to provide correct information may result in delays or additional charges.
Luggage and Personal Items: You are responsible for the safety and security of your
personal items while in transit. Shuttle Experts LAX is not liable for any lost, damaged,
or stolen items during the course of service.
Behavior: You agree to behave responsibly and respectfully toward our drivers and other
passengers. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of service
without refund.

Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and
protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of
your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Liability and Indemnification
 Limitation of Liability: Shuttle Experts LAX is not liable for any direct, indirect,
incidental, special, or consequential damages, including personal injury, property
damage, or loss, resulting from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the cost
of the shuttle service provided.

     Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shuttle Experts LAX, its
    employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses
    arising from your use of our services.

    Force Majeure
    We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or interruptions to our services caused by events
    beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or
    accidents.

    Governing Law
    These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state
    of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising from
    these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in California.

    Modifications to Terms
    Shuttle Experts LAX reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.
    Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of our
    services after changes are made will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

    Waiting Time Policy
     Waiting Time Definition: Waiting time is defined as the length of time that elapses
    between the scheduled pick-up and the passenger entering the reserved vehicle.
     Grace Period: Our drivers will arrive at the scheduled pick-up time. We provide a 15-
    minute grace period after the scheduled pick-up time. If passengers are not ready within
    this window, there will be a $2 charge for every additional minute of waiting.
     No-Show Policy: If passengers are not ready after the 15-minute grace period, the driver
    reserves the right to consider it a No-Show and may cancel the reservation without a
    refund.

    Transparent Pricing
    At Shuttle Experts LAX, we offer flat rates with no hidden fees—what you see is what you pay.
    We also offer a 15% discount for cash payments, making your ride more affordable.
     Credit Card Payments: If you pay by credit card, you will be charged at the regular rate.

       Cash Payments: There is no cancellation fee for cash payments since payment is made at
      the time of service.
       Credit Card Cancellations: Cancellations made with a credit card are subject to a 4%
      processing fee based on the total fare. Book your ride today for clear, honest pricing and a stress-free experience!

      No Smoking or Eating in the Vehicle
      To maintain a clean and pleasant environment for all passengers, smoking and eating are strictly
      prohibited inside our vehicles. If you violate this policy, the driver reserves the right to cancel
      your ride immediately. In such cases, you will be required to pay a cleaning fee to cover the costs
      of restoring the vehicle to its original condition. The cleaning fee will be assessed based on the
      level of cleaning required and will be charged to the payment method on file. We appreciate your
      cooperation in helping us maintain a high standard of service.

      Lost Items
      Shuttle Experts LAX is not responsible for any personal items that are left behind in the vehicle.
      We encourage you to check for all personal belongings before exiting the vehicle. In the event
      that you realize you have left an item behind, please contact us as soon as possible at
      info@shuttleexpertslax.com. We will make reasonable efforts to locate and return the item;
      however, we cannot guarantee its recovery.
      Any items left in the vehicle will be held for a limited time and may be discarded or donated if
      not claimed within 30 days. Shuttle Experts LAX is not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen
      items.

      Service Animals and Pets
      Shuttle Experts LAX is committed to accommodating all passengers, including those with
      disabilities.
       Service Animals: We welcome service animals in accordance with applicable laws.
      Service animals must be under the control of the passenger at all times.
       Other Pets: For the safety and comfort of all passengers, all other pets must be
      transported in an appropriate crate or carrier. Pets that are not in crates will not be
      allowed in the vehicle.
      If you plan to travel with a service animal or pet, please notify us at the time of booking to
      ensure we can accommodate your needs appropriately.
